Citrus paradisi

This essential oil is produced by cold pressing of grapefruit rind and has a fresh, citrus aroma. Due to its simulative effect it is one the most common oils in diffusers. When combined with other essential oils (see below) it relieves stress-caused difficulties.

It blends well with essential oils of bergamot, lavender, geranium and frankincense.
