This essential oil is produced by cold pressing of lemon rind, it has fresh and zesty aroma and, as most citrus oils, it lifts spirit and helps with focus/concentration. If you’d like to have your own anti-stress blend, try it out in aromatherapeutic diffuser with essential oils of lavender and juniper.

It blends well with essential oils of eucalyptus, lavender, rose and juniper.

Lemon essential oil is phototoxic (it causes the skin to be more sensitive to UV – light), which means that after you use it on your skin you shouldn’t expose yourself to sunlight!
