Lavender essential oil
Lavandula angustifolia
This true lavender essential oil comes from the world’s premier growing region – France. It is believed to be the most popular essential oil worldwide. Its rich aroma fits perfectly in many blends (that is why our Comfrey gel smells so divine), and it has a wide spectrum of usage – you can put this oil directly onto your skin to soothe irritations, insect bites or mild burns; few drops on sheets will provide good sleep, while its calming effect is irreplaceable in moments of anxiety and stress.
Combinations are numerous; try it out with essential oils of orange, bergamot, pine or helichrysum.
